Uniform Return:
If you haven't turned in your uniform yet, please turn it in next Tuesday - Thursday, Dec. 4 - 6 at regular band time. If you're uniform is not turned in by this date, we will refer this to the business office for inclusion on your fee bill.
Congratulations to all 3 of the Drum Major finalists; the competition was the highest I've seen in my years as Director of the LMB!
The Drum Major for the 2008 Lumberjack Marching Band is Alvin Eclavea; congratulations Alvin! (now let's get to work on next year!)

Band Banquet info:
Band Banquet is Thursday, January 17th @ 6pm in the Grand Ballroom of
the Student Center. Tickets are on sale for $15.00. Cash and checks are
accepted. Checks are made out to the LMB. We will be selling tickets at
Drum Major Auditions Monday, December 3rd. Don't miss out on this
opportunity to hang out with the marching band one last time. There
will be plenty of food, fun, awards, and band members dressed in their
finest. Go Jacks!
There are a number of students with unexcused absences; those students are listed below. According to policy, unexcused absences result in a lowered grade. Please refer to the handbook for a definition of what constitutes "unexcused." Please see me if you have any questions or concerns.

DATE CHANGE!!
KKY is hosting a
End-of-the-Year Bash! It will be in the Band Hall Dec. 5 at 4pm. Only
$3 a ticket will get you food and a drink. We will have the marching
shows playing, as well as other games that we will bring and that you
can bring too! You'll want to be part of this end of the year
celebration! Tickets will be sold by any Kpsi member having blue
